Democrats worked overtime to make this year’s elections less secure. President Trump’s challenge to the election results in several swing states is being supported by Republican leaders. The Gore campaign similarly challenged results in 2000.

Where in the Constitution does it say that the media is the rightful party to declare who has won a presidential election? Yet that is just the coup d’état the media attempted on Saturday morning, November 7, while votes were still uncounted in some jurisdictions and court challenges were underway in multiple states. The media coup attempt was led by the leftist Associated Press.
All the top Republican party leaders are supporting President Trump’s refusal to concede. On November 9, majority leader Mitch McConnell made the following statement on the floor of the Senate:
According to preliminary results, voters across the nation elected and re-elected Republican Senators to a degree that stunned prognosticators.
Likewise, the American people seem to have reacted to House Democrats’ radicalism and obstruction by shrinking the Speaker’s majority and electing more Republicans there.
And then there is the presidential race.
Obviously, no states have yet certified their election results. We have at least one or two states that are already on track for a recount. And I believe the President may have legal challenges underway in at least five states.
The core principle here is not complicated. In the United States of America, all legal ballots must be counted; any illegal ballots must not be; the process should be transparent or observable by all sides, and the courts are here to work through concerns….
President Trump is 100% within his rights to look into allegations of irregularities and weigh his legal options.
Twenty years ago, when Florida came down to a very thin margin, we saw Vice President Gore exhaust the legal system and wait to concede until December….
[T]he Constitution gives no role in this process to wealthy media corporations….
[L]et’s have no lectures about how the President should immediately, cheerfully accept preliminary election results from the same characters who just spent four years refusing to accept the validity of the last election. And who insinuated this one would be illegitimate, too, if they lost again….
At this time last week, small-business owners in cities across America were boarding up their windows in case President Trump appeared to win and far-left mobs decided to reprise their summertime rioting.
Suffice to say a few legal inquiries from the President do not exactly spell the end of the Republic….”

Two concerns
Republicans have two reasons for concern over the integrity of the election process as it played out in several swing states: (1) Democrats spent the past four years and even the remaining days before Nov. 3 changing state election laws to make them less secure; (2) widespread irregularities are alleged to have occurred on election day.
Addressing the first issue, what does it take to have a secure, transparent election?
- Voter rolls must accurately reflect a voter’s citizen status, primary residence, and verified signature.
- Mail-in ballots should be by request only and, if personally delivered, only by a member of the voter’s household (no vote harvesting).
- Voters must vote in the place associated with their primary legal residence, present an official photo id, and have their signature verified.
- Mail-in ballots must be received by election day. Vote tabulation should be 100% completed within 24 hours of the closing of the polls.
Instead, Democrats went to great trouble undermining the provisions above.
- For years, they have been opposing the updating of voter rolls.
- Most of the states that sent out mail-in ballots to everyone – to encourage mail-in voting over in-person voting – were progressive-dominated states (Hawaii, California, Washington, Oregon, DC, New Jersey, Vermont). Hawaii, Oregon, and Washington now conduct all elections by mail. California is transitioning to all-mail elections and already allows vote-harvesting.
- Democrats oppose voter id laws. They also oppose a matching signature requirement.
- The states with the most extreme ballot-receipt deadlines are the progressive-dominated states of Washington (Nov. 23) and California (Nov. 20).
These actions became all the more concerning following candidate Joe Biden’s astonishing Freudian slip in which he said, “We have put together, I think, the most extensive and inclusive voter fraud organization in the history of American politics.” The video of this embarrassing moment of candor is at https://www.youtube.com/embed/BRZEs9BRGK4.
Second concern: irregularities
Although this is but the culmination of a gaffe-filled career, there are good reasons to take Biden at his word:
First, in a number of the swing states that Biden purportedly won, the electoral numbers fail the same Benford statistical probity test used to prove the strong likelihood of electoral fraud in the 2009 Iranian election of Mahmoud Ahmadinejad.
Foreign observers have also taken notice of the fraud-prone US electoral practices. They have expressed astonishment as to how flawed the latest US election was by comparison with their own elections:
One Mexican election authority is aghast at the fraud he has seen among Democrats in the 2020 election. “The fraud I have seen in Michigan, Pennsylvania, Georgia, and some other states is so evident,” he said on condition of anonymity, that “it rivals the worst of what we have had in Mexico.”… Vote by mail? No way. “In Mexico, and in Latin America, there is not a chance to mail votes. Mail service is terrible, no one would accept losing control of their vote,” the Mexican election authority says. He never heard of drive-thru voting until watching the 2020 U.S. election. Vote on any day but Election Day? Never. Even applying to vote absentee requires the voter to appear in person with an ID three months in advance, and with a solid reason.

Michigan. Multiple signs of fraud are showing up in Michigan and especially Detroit. Flawed software by Dominion is used in Michigan and at least 27 other states, including all the swing states. The convoluted explanation of what happened in Antrim County, Michigan – in which votes in a heavily Republican district were given instead to Democratic candidates – were not greatly reassuring. A separate larger “data error” occurred in Shiawassee County, Michigan. A poll watcher and a second observer reported three vehicles with out-of-state license plates delivering 61 boxes of ballots to a Detroit vote-counting center at 4 a.m., like a drug deal. In Detroit, vote counters in a convention hall cheered every time a GOP observer was expelled and covered up the windows of counting rooms so they couldn’t be watched. This occurred while ballots were being illegally filled out – a procedure that requires signatures from both parties.
Pennsylvania. Signs of massive fraud were also apparent in Pennsylvania, especially Philadelphia. This occurred with the evident collusion of Democratic party officials and judges. Republican observers were excluded from vote counting or kept at twenty-foot distance, preventing them from observing the vote count. The stonewalling occurred in defiance of an Appellate court order that Philadelphia’s sheriff refused to enforce. Additionally, two USPS whistleblowers report a postmaster ordering late ballots to be illegally back-dated.
Republican National Committee chair Ronna McDaniel,
told the media that on the morning of Nov. 4th, at the TCF Center, where absentee ballots were being counted, a whistleblower, who was not a Republican, but an election worker, was instructed by [the] supervisor to take a bundle of ballots that were not marked with any evidence of the date they were received and to enter the date of either Nov. 2nd or 3rd…. According to the whistleblower, all of the election workers were given the same guidance.

Wisconsin. Irregularities in Milwaukee County also raise a question mark with regard to final Wisconsin vote tallies and highlight the need for a recount there.
Recounts are also reportedly underway in Georgia, Pennsylvania, Nevada, Michigan, and Arizona.
For the reasons cited above, attempts by the press and Democratic politicians to declare the election over, Biden the president-elect, and President Trump a sore loser should be ignored. One wonders: are the Democrats afraid of what serious investigations, recounts, and court cases may turn up?
