Pressure on China to benefit itself by abandoning Kim Jong-un
Senator McCain favors upping the military stakes by redeploying U.S. nuclear weapons back to South Korea. But former U.N. ambassador John Bolton’s proposal to unify the Korean peninsula under South Korea’s governance would be a peaceful win-win resolution for China and the rest of the world. If China’s Xi-led party dictatorship refuses, there are excellent options to raise the level of pain it will suffer for continued sponsorship of its lunatic North Korean proxy regime:
- Gordon Chang’s excellent proposal to impose a death sentence on the Bank of China and other major Chinese banks.
- Founders Broadsheet’s proposal to enable China’s neighbors to defend themselves by collaborating with them on ABM systems and their own nuclear weapons programs.
Those supposing the North Korean regime to be rational and deterrable need to acquaint themselves with East Asian expert Nicholas Ebertstadt’s testimony before the Senate Foreign Relations Committee as to how the North Korean regime’s leaders actually think — as opposed to the wishful thinking of the Democratic Party, which repeatedly blocked the U.S. from having an effective ABM system that would have nullified the present North Korean threat.
The Democrats, Antifas, and decay of U.S. universities
Other Democratic Party achievements: George Soros, a principal funder of the Democrats’ dominant left wing, has been channeling money to the Antifas terrorist group through groups he supports. Progressivism’s destructive takeover of U.S. institutions and universities can be dated to the election of Princeton University president Woodrow Wilson to the presidency of the nation in 1912.
